Australian Artisan Bakery T/A KCs Bakery is an Australian, family run business, operating since 1995. We are based at Molendinar, Queensland and our collective family experience in the industry is over 70 years.
Our products are distributed Australia wide in specialised transport vehicles to Food Standards Australia requirements. We are committed to customer satisfaction, the production of safe food and product quality, and by continuous process improvement and by taking time to source the best ingredients.
The management and staff at Australian Artisan Bakery T/A KCs Bakery are committed to producing tasty, attractive products that meet our quality specifications, meet regulatory / legislative requirements, and exceed our customers’ expectations. All of our products can be over wrapped and labelled to Food Standards Australia requirements.
As evidence of our commitment to provide quality products and impeccable service to our customers, we have developed, documented and implemented a Food Safety Program. This program meets the requirements of Codex Alimentarius (Alinorm 97/13A), and 3rd party.
HACCP Certification (issued by NCS International – a JASANZ accredited company) and are audited every six months. As a requirement of our Approved Supplier Program we use only similarly accredited companies.
